I often get questions from parents and players on pitch counts, pitch selections, and general arm safety. Seems like everyone’s at least a little confused about this stuff. This information is from the American Sports Medicine Institute – it is really a culmination of all the research nationally by pretty much everyone involved in the science of pitching.
